Job Description

Job Title: Learning & Development (L&D) Executive

Experience: 6 Years

Travel: Occasional travel required


Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive L&D Executive to manage end-to-end learning initiatives, drive organizational development interventions, and support training delivery across the organization. The role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership.


Key Responsibilities

1. Learning & Development

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs across departments
  • Identify training needs and design appropriate learning interventions
  • Manage end-to-end training lifecycle (TNA, content, delivery, feedback)
  • Ensure effective learning delivery through workshops, sessions, and digital platforms

2. Learning Delivery & Facilitation

  • Deliver engaging training sessions
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, and learning modules
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain training records

3. Organizational Development (OD)

  • Support OD initiatives , , performance improvement, and culture-building activities and assist in implementing competency frameworks and development plans

4. Compliance & Certifications

  • Manage and support ISO-related training and documentation
  • Conduct POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training sessions and ensure compliance

5. Stakeholder & Calendar Management

  • Manage training calendars, scheduling, and communication across teams
  • Ensure smooth execution of leadership training interventions

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain MIS reports for training programs
  • Track participation, feedback, and ROI of learning initiatives


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Good understanding of training and development processes
  • Ability to interact with senior leadership confidently
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of ISO standards and POSH guidelines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)


Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, or related field
  • Min 6 years of experience in L&D / HR / Training role


Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
