Job Description:
The Learning Advisor provides a high-quality specialist learning advisory service with a comprehensive
understanding of the range of face to face and digital learning solutions in place across the organization,
the Learning Advisor supports employees in achieving their potential. You will be responsible for
supporting the Learning and Development (L&D) team in organizing and managing training programs for
employees and senior leaders. Your role will involve ensuring smooth operations of L&D activities, from
handling queries to managing cases in Service Now, and maintaining process documentation.
Additionally, you will provide consulting and advisory support to help delegates with their career
aspirations and journey.
Key Responsibilities:
· Email/Case Management: Understand the types of emails received in the mailbox and triage them
according to process needs. Provide appropriate response while maintaining SLA and drive towards
complete resolution and case closure.
· Auditing: Perform peer audits of the cases processed by team members to ensure quality and
compliance.
· Process Metrics: Take ownership in meeting the process metrics and work towards process
improvement.
· LMS management: Manage end to end process related to LMS including content upload, attendance
marking, data maintenance etc.
· Escalation Management: Take ownership and acknowledge the issue, analyze and work on the
solution, implement it and use the experience as a learning opportunity to prevent it from happening in
future.
· Program Recommendations: Recommend improvements or new programs based on analysis and
feedback.
· SOP Management: Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for process updates and
changes for the activity is accurately recorded in line with relevant processes.
· Career Consulting: Provide consulting and advisory support to delegates, helping them with their
career aspirations and journey.
· Financial Responsibilities: Raise Purchase Orders (PO) in the system and ensure the Budget Tracker is
maintained to keep a record of all expenses. Ensure vendors are paid out on time. Maintain the Budget
Tracker and other financial documents.
· Client and Vendor Management: To enable effective service delivery, the post holder will work closely
with a range of key stakeholders and vendors.
Requirements and Skills:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D admin or a similar role with background in supporting specific
business areas with developing their learning and development approach
· Working knowledge of Learning Management System, SAP, SNOW etc.
· Proficient in MS Office applications and finance reporting
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
· Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
· Strong attention to detail, Customer-centric attitude, Pro active approach
· Excellent Client management skills.
