Opportunity Overview
Most L&D roles focus on running programs. This one asks you to build capability as a business lever. As an L&D Partner at PharmaACE, you will own the end-to-end learning ecosystem, from identifying capability gaps to designing scalable interventions and measuring real business impact. You will work closely with leaders across functions to ensure that learning is not just delivered but embedded into how teams grow and perform.
This is the role where you move beyond coordination and start shaping a learning culture, one that is structured, measurable, and aligned to business priorities.
What You'll Work On
1. Own Training Needs Identification (TNI/A) by partnering with business and functional leaders to
diagnose capability gaps and translate them into structured, actionable learning priorities
2. Build and drive the annual learning roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and evolving business needs
3. Design end-to-end blended learning interventions, combining instructor-led sessions, e-learning, coaching, mentoring, and action learning for maximum impact
4. Lead structured onboarding programs for both campus and lateral hires, ensuring role readiness, faster assimilation, and cultural alignment
5. Develop and strengthen leadership capability pipelines through targeted programs for first-time
managers and mid-level leaders
6. Enable internal capability building by identifying and developing subject matter experts (SMEs) and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing
7. Own and manage enterprise-wide learning initiatives across functional, behavioral, and leadership areas, ensuring consistency and scalability
8. Deliver and facilitate high-impact behavioral and leadership training sessions, ensuring engagement and practical application
9. Measure and track learning effectiveness and impact, using structured feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement
10. Manage external vendors and L&D budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and strong ROI on learning investments
11. Drive learner engagement and communication through newsletters, campaigns, and LMS initiatives to build a continuous learning culture
Required Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in consulting, pharma, or service-based organizations
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end L&D lifecycle (TNI, design, delivery, evaluation)
- Experience designing and executing learning programs across levels
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to align learning interventions with business priorities
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in competency framework design and leadership development
- Exposure to building structured onboarding programs (campus and lateral)
- Experience working with external vendors and managing L&D budgets
- Postgraduate degree (MBA in HR or related field)
