This role is an integral part of the sales team as a primarily role. You would be responsible for streamlining learning programs specifically designed for various roles in the Sales and Marketing function. The role holder should be passionate about developing the learning culture and help our teams with their development, through use of best practice frameworks, innovation and technology. You will have to travel to sales locations for meeting stakeholders and for program delivery whenever necessary. You will play a key role in creating meaningful learning content in partnership with business stakeholders and Were looking for an energetic and driven professional whose key responsibilities would be to:


  • Implementing the latest learning practices to deliver high impact learning solutions
  • Design and implement the learning calendar with due focus on Technical, functional, commercial and behavioral skill development programs and refreshers
  • Design, develop and deliver outcome-based learning solutions with suitable partners
  • Managing the learning initiatives, overseeing the administration and logistics of training delivery
  • Managing relationships with vendors, co-designing high impact content with business stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all vendor management requirements.
  • Partnering with data subject matter experts and business stakeholders to structure learning programs, design learning pathways and develop learning contents/solutions
  • Coordinate learning activities, collect and analyze feedback from target audiences and pilot user groups and implement measures to evaluate effectiveness of learning solutions
  • Track and report learning KPIs and meaningfully incorporate feedback to improve program effectiveness


As a secondary responsibility, you would also be responsible for central and common L&D programs, reporting, tools and updates across Sales & Manufacturing functions.


Skills that would be great for you to have:

  • Experience in developing face-to-face, digital and blended learning solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication to be able to articulate insights to stakeholders
  • Good excel skills, understand the value of accurate data and basic analytics
  • Be updated on learning trends and relevant insights from the industry
  • Adaptability and Problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent planning skills and Ability to multi-task and manage various assignments concurrently

Education/Experience: B.Tech or MBA and minimum 3 years of experience in L&D preferred
