Job Description:
KRAs:
- Researching training content to assist in creating training programmes that are aligned with the organization's objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are, in line with business needs and priorities.
- Conducting organizational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles
- Reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures and systems
- Identifying and embracing different training techniques (e-learning, classroom trainings, coaching etc.) as per the content and requirement
- Assist in coordinate with various stakeholders to organize and deliver training to various parts of business
- Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required
- Sourcing and build vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions where applicable
- Be aware of the allocated budget and find training solutions accordingly
- Design staple curriculums for all employees (Orientation, values, etc. )
- Collaborating and working effectively with other HR departments and stakeholders
- Maintain and track trainings and update training data
- Ensure you proactively drive the completion of all compliance trainings.
- Ensure Orientation completion rate is 100%
- Create strategy and drive Employee Engagement activities PAN India
OKRs for L&D Manager:
- Establish and keep evolving the on-boarding process to improve the employee experience for a new joiner.
- Orientation programs to be further developed and made more effective
- Feedback mechanism to be fined tuned. The data gathered should be analyzed regularly and become the base for further improvements.
- Constant control, review, improvement of the entire process end-to-end.
- Identify and implement tools and technologies to automate.
- Drive culture change through the trainings by:
- Assisting in identify training needs through various mechanisms.
- Create training programs as per the need
- Measure effectiveness of training and work on improvements thereafter
- Plan post training activities to ensure the implementation of learnings from trainings
- Use data to measure this and plan actions accordingly
- Drive engagement through:
- Be good at planning, organizing events and its coordination
- Ensuring all regional events PAN India are conducting employee engagement
- Good at putting systems and processes in place.
- Proactively ensuring assigned tasks are completed as per TAT.
- Measure the effectiveness of training and work on improvements thereafter
- Actively participate, support, drive employee engagement activities with the committee
- Wherever required support in employee initiatives and training activities
