KRAs:

  1. Researching training content to assist in creating training programmes that are aligned with the organization's objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are, in line with business needs and priorities.
  2. Conducting organizational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles
  3. Reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures and systems
  4. Identifying and embracing different training techniques (e-learning, classroom trainings, coaching etc.) as per the content and requirement
  5. Assist in coordinate with various stakeholders to organize and deliver training to various parts of business
  6. Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required
  7. Sourcing and build vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions where applicable
  8. Be aware of the allocated budget and find training solutions accordingly
  9. Design staple curriculums for all employees (Orientation, values, etc. )
  10. Collaborating and working effectively with other HR departments and stakeholders
  11. Maintain and track trainings and update training data
  12. Ensure you proactively drive the completion of all compliance trainings.
  13. Ensure Orientation completion rate is 100%
  14. Create strategy and drive Employee Engagement activities PAN India


OKRs for L&D Manager:

  1. Establish and keep evolving the on-boarding process to improve the employee experience for a new joiner.
  2. Orientation programs to be further developed and made more effective
  3. Feedback mechanism to be fined tuned. The data gathered should be analyzed regularly and become the base for further improvements.
  4. Constant control, review, improvement of the entire process end-to-end.
  5. Identify and implement tools and technologies to automate.
  6. Drive culture change through the trainings by:
  7. Assisting in identify training needs through various mechanisms.
  8. Create training programs as per the need
  9. Measure effectiveness of training and work on improvements thereafter
  10. Plan post training activities to ensure the implementation of learnings from trainings
  11. Use data to measure this and plan actions accordingly
  12. Drive engagement through:
  13. Be good at planning, organizing events and its coordination
  14. Ensuring all regional events PAN India are conducting employee engagement
  15. Good at putting systems and processes in place.
  16. Proactively ensuring assigned tasks are completed as per TAT.
  17. Measure the effectiveness of training and work on improvements thereafter
  18. Actively participate, support, drive employee engagement activities with the committee
  19. Wherever required support in employee initiatives and training activities
