Job Description

Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading the Learning & Development function from scratch, with a strong focus on enabling our Sales and Revenue teams to perform at a high level.

You will work closely with business leaders to identify performance gaps, design structured training programs, and ensure that employees are equipped to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

This role goes beyond traditional training your work will directly contribute to improving employee performance, accelerating learning curves, and driving business outcomes.


What Youll Do

  • Build L&D Function from Ground Up:
  • Design and implement ATICAs end-to-end learning architecture, including onboarding, training, and continuous development programs.
  • Onboarding & Early Stage Productivity:
  • Create structured onboarding programs to help new hires (especially freshers) become productive quickly and confidently.
  • Sales Training & Enablement:
  • Develop training modules focused on sales fundamentals such as lead handling, RFP responses, negotiation, and conversion strategies.
  • Revenue Management Capability Building:
  • Work with Revenue teams to strengthen analytical thinking, pricing strategies, and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Performance Improvement Programs:
  • Identify skill gaps across teams and design targeted interventions to improve performance outcomes.
  • Create Playbooks & Standardization:
  • Build structured playbooks and learning resources for Sales and Revenue teams to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and leadership teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
  • Measure Training Impact:
  • Track effectiveness of training programs using performance metrics such as productivity, conversions, and overall output.


What You Bring

  • 58+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, or related roles.
  • Prior experience in SaaS or high-growth startup environments (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and performance-driven environments
  • Proven ability to build L&D programs from scratch
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on business outcomes
