This is an opportunity to lead high-touch healthcare concierge operations for premium clients while driving personalized wellness experiences, cross-functional collaboration, and business growth.

Youll operate at the intersection of customer experience, healthcare delivery, and strategic account management.

What Were Looking For:

710 years of experience in concierge services, relationship management, healthcare, wellness, pharma, hospitality, or premium customer engagement environments

Strong exposure to healthcare ecosystems, service delivery excellence, and customer lifecycle management

Proven experience leading teams while managing stakeholder relationships across internal and external networks

Strong communication, client servicing, and consultative cross-sell / upsell capabilities

Hands-on exposure to CRM platforms and digital service coordination tools

Ability to drive revenue targets while delivering exceptional client experience and operational excellence

Education: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Life Sciences, or related disciplines

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days preferred

Location: Delhi / Bangalore

Team handling: Experience managing concierge / relationship teams preferred
