Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Statistical Programmer to join our team. In this full-time, Hybrid role in Noida, you will be responsible for designing and implementing statistical programs to analyze clinical trial data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will include data manipulation, validation, and analysis, creating and maintaining macros, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate data management and reporting processes. You will play a key role in advancing projects by providing statistical programming support for regulatory submissions and ensuring the accuracy of all data outputs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Statistical Programming and advanced use of statistical software tools
• Strong knowledge of Statistics and its application in drug development and clinical trials
• Comprehensive experience in Programming and writing efficient, reusable code
• Expertise in Data Management, including data validation and analysis
• Ability to develop, implement, and maintain Macros to enhance programming efficiency
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively collaborate within interdisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries is highly preferred
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for statistical programming is a plus
