Solution Architect / Consultant – Level 40

Role Summary

Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Adobe Workfront and Fusion solutions, enabling enterprise work management transformation, workflow optimization, and platform-driven business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops to define business requirements, pain points, and operating models
Architect end-to-end Workfront ecosystem, including Fusion integrations, data model, and workflows
Define target-state (‘To-Be’) architecture, governance, and scalable operating model
Drive integration strategy (APIs, automation, data flows) across enterprise platforms (AEM, CRM, ERP, etc.)
Provide technical leadership across implementation teams (config, integration, QA)
Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and design standards
Support pre-sales, solution shaping, and proposal development
Ensure solution aligns with business KPIs (efficiency, throughput, automation)

Must-Have Skills

10 – 15+ years total experience
5+ years in Workfront / similar platform architecture
2–3 large-scale implementation programs (must-have)
Deep expertise in Adobe Workfront + Workfront Fusion architecture
Experience in enterprise workflow automation and integration design (REST APIs, connectors)
Strong understanding of data modelling, system design, and enterprise architecture patterns
Proven experience leading large-scale Workfront implementations
Stakeholder management and consulting skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with Adobe ecosystem (AEM, Analytics, Campaign, Target)
Exposure to MarTech / Work Management transformation programs
Experience in multi-region / global delivery models
