Detailed JD

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails development.
• Conversant with at least one mainstream programming language such as Java, Ruby, or C#.
• Expertise in system architecture with the ability to design and scale enterprise systems effectively.
• Strong experience working with RDBMS, SQL, and NoSQL data stores.
• Hands-on experience with B2B Integration tools such as webMethods or Boomi.
• Experience using AI development assistant tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Experience managing and supporting production systems using monitoring and alerting tools.
• Hands-on experience with log aggregation and analysis frameworks such as Splunk and ELK.
• Ability to optimize existing processes and systems to maximize productivity and efficiency.
