Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience in software quality engineering.

Excellent in doing communication, presentation, and coordination with stakeholders.

Out of box thinker with innovative mindset.

In depth understanding of developing E2E Test Strategy, Test data Strategy etc.

Advance in performing E2E Testing, Integration testing, API testing, DB testing .

Hands on and Deep knowledge of Agile Test best Practices, Writing User Stories and test cases, Defect Management etc.

Good Handson in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium etc.).

Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

Hands on and understanding of AI-assisted testing tools in day-to-day activities (e.g.,UAIS,LLMs GitHub Copilot, TestGenAI, StoryCraft).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, BDD/TDD, and test data management.

Solid knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Exposure in AI/ML model validation or AI-integrated product testing.
