Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Lead, Product Engineering. This critical role in the founding team will involve ownership of our product bringing it to realization and making a world-class process to uphold world-class product standards. This role starts will start off hands-on but evolves into leading manufacturing, vendor ecosystems, and production strategy. You will get a rare chance to work on a product disrupting a stagnant industry while contributing greatly towards the nations energy security and climate goals .What you will be doing: Drive rapid prototyping cycles with strong design-for-manufacturing (DFM) thinking. Make key decisions on materials, design direction, and cost roadmaps. Balance performance, cost, and manufacturability from day one Architect Seisous manufacturing strategy (what to build in-house vs outsource, vendorvs contract manufacturing) Build and integrate a high-quality vendor ecosystem of aligned partners Establish QA/QC systems that improve with every iteration Translate early builds into repeatable, scalable production processes. In time, build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.Who You are: Mechanical engineer (preferred) with 710 years experience(were very open to high-potential candidates whove compressed learning curves in highgrowth companies or entrepreneurs themselves) Youve taken products from CAD prototype production ->expansion You care deeply about product quality and shipping zero defect products . Strong intuition for thermal systems, materials, and real-world constraints You are hands-on, decisive, and biased toward action Youve operated in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments.What you should bring to the table High maturity and emotional intelligence to get the best out of the team and partners. Proven track record of process driven execution and a perfectionist attitude towardsproducts. Strong hands-on mechanical intuition and bias for action. Good communication skills and the ability to distill complex problems into simplelanguage. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment. Limitless curiosity and willingness to look outside your field for solutions.
