Key Responsibilities

• :Lead and manage the Planning and Scheduling team
• .Develop and maintain robust baseline schedules for construction projects
• .Perform critical path analysis, resource optimization, and scenario planning
• .Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• .Provide accurate programme reporting and insights to senior leadership
• .Drive planning best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal Profil

e: 15+ years of experience in construction planning and scheduling, including managerial experienc

e. Proven experience delivering large-scale construction project

s. Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Projec

t. Expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM), Critical Path Analysis, and Resource Levellin

g. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related fiel

d. PMP or PSP certification would be highly advantageou
