Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead MuleSoft Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing integrations and APIs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in MuleSoft, API management in Anypoint Platform, DataWeave, Inteligent Document Processing, MuleSoft Vibes, Curietech AI ( Good to have)

Key Responsibilities:

API Development and Integration: Design, develop, test, and deploy APIs using MuleSoft and the Anypoint Platform.

API Management: Implement API management best practices using Anypoint API Management. Manage full API lifecycle, including API versioning, deployment, security, monitoring, and governance.

Must Have - Worked on Setting up MuleSoft Deployment Model in RTF ( AKS / EKS ) and has experience working with RTF ( Run time fabric).

Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams, to ensure the successful delivery of integration projects. Lead code reviews, design discussions, and mentor junior developers.

Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve performance issues, monitor system health, and implement optimization strategies for API services and integration flows.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions, processes, and best practices. Ensure all integration-related activities are well documented and easy to follow.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

o Strong experience with MuleSoft, DataWeave, and Anypoint Platform, Cloudhub 2.0, Runtime Fabric ( RTF)

o Proven experience in API design, development, and management (RESTful APIs, SOAP, etc.).

o Hands-on experience with GitHub for version control and source code management.

o Good to have proficiency in Python for automation, integration, and scripting.

o Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and related tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).

Experience:

o 6+ years of experience in integration, API development, and related technologies.

o Solid experience in cloud-based integrations and working within multi-cloud environments.

o Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK stack, Anypoint Monitoring).

Soft Skills:

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.

o Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

o Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
