We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Chatbot Developer to lead the design and implementation of intelligent conversational interfaces. In this role, you will be the architect behind our Microsoft Teams integration, leveraging the Microsoft Bot Framework SDK to build sophisticated, C#-based bots. Beyond Teams, you will drive our omnichannel strategy, ensuring a seamless, persistent user experience across Web, Slack, and mobile platforms.

• Design & Development: Build and maintain enterprise-grade chatbots using C# and the Microsoft Bot Framework SDK (v4).
• Teams Integration: Develop specialized features for Microsoft Teams, including Task Modules, Adaptive Cards, and Proactive Messaging.
• Omnichannel Strategy: Implement and manage bot connections across multiple channels (Teams, Direct Line, Web Chat, etc.) while maintaining state and context across platforms.
• AI & NLP: Integrate Azure AI Language (formerly LUIS), CLU, or QnA Maker to enhance natural language understanding and intent recognition.
• Backend Integration: Connect bots to internal APIs, SQL databases, and third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) to enable complex workflows.
• DevOps & Security: Manage bot registration in Azure Bot Service and handle deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and security protocols (OAuth, JWT).

• Languages: Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Frameworks: Deep experience with Microsoft Bot Framework SDK and Azure Bot Service.
• Frontend: Experience with Adaptive Cards and JSON-based UI schemas.
• Omnichannel: Proven track record of deploying the same bot logic across diverse platforms via Azure Bot Channels.
• Cloud: Hands-on experience with Azure (App Services, Key Vault, CosmosDB, Application Insights).
• Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git and Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) or Semantic Kernel.
• Familiarity with Direct Line Speech and voice-enabled bot interactions.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Graph API for deep Teams/M365 integrations.
• Background in UX/UI design specifically for conversational interfaces.
