We're Hiring: Lead Instrument Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Instrument Engineer to direct and control a specialist group of instrumentation personnel on major projects in LNG, refinery, petrochemical, chemical, and power industries. This role ensures technical excellence, safety, and quality while delivering within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and control a specialist group of instrumentation personnel assigned to the project.
• Coordinate the technical standard of engineering, design, and drafting within the discipline project team.
• Identify the full scope of discipline work to ensure completeness and clarity of deliverables.
• Execute project work in accordance with discipline design instructions, project procedures on safety and quality control, and within man-hour, cost budgets, and schedule targets.
• Assign personnel to specific tasks within the discipline project team to optimize resource utilization.

Qualifications

Required

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in LNG, refinery, petrochemical, chemical, or power plant projects.
• Strong knowledge of DCS/PLC-based systems and field instrumentation.
• Familiarity with PC-based design software for instrument sizing.
• Experience in preparation of requisitions and procurement of instruments and control systems.
• Capability in developing control system documentation, including functional descriptions, cause & effect matrices, and IPF narratives.
• Project management capabilities for instrument & control works.
