Job Description
Role-
The BHR Team Lead/Senior Team Lead is responsible for ensuring effective employee relations, handling disciplinary cases, grievances, escalations, conflict resolution, and managing sensitive cases like absconding, misconduct, and behavioral issues. The role requires strong screening and assessment capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the BHR, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Conduct thorough investigations into sensitive cases such as absconding, misconduct, and behavioral issues, ensuring fair and impartial resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee relations, foster a positive work environment, and promote a culture of respect and professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR, legal, and management, to ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to employee relations cases and activities.
- Analyze data and trends related to employee relations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations, conflict resolution, and related topics to enhance organizational awareness and competency.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to employee relations and organizational culture
Criteria:
- Any Graduate
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in BHR
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
