Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and communication-driven Lead Generation Executive who can identify potential clients, initiate professional conversations, and generate qualified business opportunities for our global initiatives and events.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, research, communication, and working in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential entrepreneurs, founders, executives, and business leaders globally

Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, social media, databases, and networking platforms

• Initiate conversations and maintain professional relationships with prospects
• Schedule meetings and consultations for the senior business team
• Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture lead pipelines
• Maintain and update CRM systems and lead databases accurately
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team on outreach campaigns
• Achieve monthly lead generation and outreach targets
• Professionally represent Worth Minds in all communications

Requirements

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in outreach and relationship building
• Experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or client coordination is preferred
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outreach platforms is an advantage
• Strong research and networking abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
