Job Description

Hiring: Lead Generation Executive

Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)

Shift: 12:30 PM IST 9:30 PM IST

Working Days: 5.5 Days/Week

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Lead Generation Executive with hands-on experience in international markets, especially the US market. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of outbound prospecting, data research, and generating high-quality leads to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate qualified leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, etc.)
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and conversions
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM
  • Execute cold emailing and outreach campaigns effectively

Requirements:

  • Mandatory experience in the US market
  • Exposure to Europe, Canada, and other international markets will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and research skills
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
