Lead Generation Specialist Factoring Sales

Location: Chandigarh, India

Schedule: Night Shift (aligning with U.S. business hours)

About the Role

Loop Services, LLC is hiring motivated Lead Generation Specialists to support our U.S. client a leading logistics solutions provider in expanding its Factoring Sales program. Youll focus on engaging warm leads, qualifying prospects, and generating high-quality opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to warm prospects for factoring programs
• Send 3040 follow-up emails daily to interested leads
• Accurately log all calls, emails, and updates in the CRM
• Qualify and transfer leads to the Account Executive team with complete details
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets
• Share carrier insights and feedback during team syncs

Training & Enablement

• Full onboarding on product, systems, and communication scripts
• CRM and sales funnel training
• Ongoing coaching and weekly performance feedback

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Salary: 50,000 per month
• Performance Bonus: Up to 20,000 per month (based on qualified lead targets)

Work Schedule & Environment

• Shift: 7 AM4 PM CST / 8 AM5 PM CST (India night hours)
• Workplace: Secure office with 24/7 access, onsite security, and company-provided shuttle service

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree preferred; prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing a plus
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
• High-energy, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing outbound volume
• Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred
