About Our Client: A fast-growing AI LegalTech company in India is expanding at an exponential pace and is seeking a hard-core Sales Professional to join its high-impact Sales War Room on Sarjapur Road. This is a high-velocity hunter role for someone who thrives on closing enterprise deals and is driven by strong incentives and accelerated career growth as the company scales toward a 100 Cr milestone. The role offers in-house generated qualified leads, a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH), and access to cutting-edge Agentic AI sales tools such as Clay, Apollo, and Runoallowing you to focus entirely on closing, not prospecting.

Experience:35 years of proven "hunting" experience in a B2B SaaS environment.

About the role: The Senior Associate Telesales (Lead Generation) will act as a critical growth driver for a fast-scaling AI-led B2B LegalTech platform. This role focuses on high-volume outbound calling using fresh, trigger-based data to engage senior legal decision-makers, qualify prospects using structured frameworks, and book high-quality demos for the closing team. The position demands strong SaaS telesales experience, sharp communication skills, and a results-driven mindset, with clear opportunities to grow into a closing or account management role as the business scales.
Responsibilities:
- Volume Outreach: Execute 6080 high-quality calls per day to legal decision-makers (General Counsels and IP Heads).
- Lead Qualification: Use "BANT" criteria to identify high-intent prospects and book demos for the Sales Manager.
- The "Magic" Pitch: Master our 30-second "Trigger" scriptcalling prospects exactly when they have a new legal filing or corporate milestone.
- CRM Discipline: Ensure every call outcome is accurately logged in Runo and synced with Zoho CRM.
- Target Focus: Laser focus on daily and weekly "Demos Booked" targets to drive the 100Cr growth trajectory.
Requirements:
- SaaS & Calling DNA: Must have a strong background in B2B SaaS and a proven track record in hard-core tele-calling.
- Target-Oriented: You are motivated by numbers, incentives, and the "thrill of the hunt."
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication in English; ability to hold consultative conversations with senior legal professionals.
- Discipline: Highly organized and capable of maintaining high activity levels during WFH days.
- Proximity: Residing in or near the Sarjapur Road, HSR, or Bellandur clusters for easy commuting.
