About the Role

Accelaronix is looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential clients across various industries.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, databases, networking, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists.
  • Initiate conversations with prospects and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead information.
  • Track outreach performance and generate weekly reports.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.


Requirements
  • 03 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of IT services, software, or digital solutions is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

  • Schedule meetings with decision-makers and business owners.
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and prospect records.
