Accelaronix is looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
- Research and identify potential clients across various industries.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, databases, networking, and other channels.
- Build and maintain prospect lists.
- Initiate conversations with prospects and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead information.
- Track outreach performance and generate weekly reports.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- 03 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT services, software, or digital solutions is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers and business owners.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM and prospect records.
