Hiring: Junior Lead Generation Executive (Outbound | B2B Tech)


At Iravan Technologies, were building a high-performance outbound engine to scale our semiconductor services business across global markets. (USA, EU, Taiwan and more)


Were looking for a Junior Lead Generation Executive who can identify, qualify, and engage the right decision-makers across the semiconductor ecosystem.


What youll do


  • Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Contact Out and Clay (mandatory skills)
  • Identify key decision-makers (Directors, VPs, Managers) in fabless, semiconductor, and design services companies
  • Run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn + email)
  • Research companies, roles, and buying signals
  • Maintain clean CRM and track outreach performance


What were looking for


  • 02 years experience in lead generation / outbound sales / SDR roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Sales Navigator + Clay (must-have)
  • Understanding of B2B sales funnels and prospecting workflows
  • Sharp communication and research skills
  • Hunger to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
