Job Description
At Iravan Technologies, were building a high-performance outbound engine to scale our semiconductor services business across global markets. (USA, EU, Taiwan and more)
Were looking for a Junior Lead Generation Executive who can identify, qualify, and engage the right decision-makers across the semiconductor ecosystem.
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Contact Out and Clay (mandatory skills)
- Identify key decision-makers (Directors, VPs, Managers) in fabless, semiconductor, and design services companies
- Run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn + email)
- Research companies, roles, and buying signals
- Maintain clean CRM and track outreach performance
- 02 years experience in lead generation / outbound sales / SDR roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Navigator + Clay (must-have)
- Understanding of B2B sales funnels and prospecting workflows
- Sharp communication and research skills
- Hunger to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Work directly with founders on global semiconductor accounts
- Learn how high-ticket B2B tech sales actually works
- High ownership, fast learning, and real impact
- Exposure to AI, EV, and advanced silicon programs
