Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify and engage potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and articulation skills, along with the ability to understand customer needs and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target audiences
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Initiate conversations with prospects and introduce company offerings
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria before passing them to the sales team
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong articulation and persuasive abilities
- Basic understanding of sales and lead generation processes
- Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients
- Good research and analytical skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field
- Internship or prior experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation is an advantage
