Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Intern who will play a key role in identifying and engaging with potential clients and candidates across global markets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, databases, and online directories.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads based on target criteria.
  • Update and manage lead data accurately in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Assist in executing outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Draft and send initial outreach messages to prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and interest.
  • Qualify leads based on parameters such as budget, need, and decision-making authority.
  • Share high-potential leads with the sales team for further conversion.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on targeting and messaging.
  • Support marketing campaigns by generating and nurturing leads.
  • Track outreach performance and maintain records of lead conversion metrics.
  • Prepare basic reports on lead generation activities and results.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and suggest improvements in outreach strategies.
