Job Description
We are looking for Lead Gen AI for Bengaluru. Preferred Immediate joiner.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of overall experience in software, data, or AI engineering.
- 34+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying GenAI/ML solutions.
- Proven experience delivering 3 or more end-to-end Generative AI implementations in production.
- Strong experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and building AI agent workflows.
- Experience designing RAG pipelines using Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or similar).
- Strong programming skills in Python (minimum 3 years); familiarity with R or SQL is a plus.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with data processing tools such as SQL, Pandas, or Apache Spark.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and business intelligence best practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience interacting with global stakeholders and multi-location teams.
