About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-performance software solutions powering advanced navigation and piloting systems.

This is a leadership role where you will own architecture, mentor teams, and build scalable, secure applications aligned with long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design & development of robust software applications
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
• Conduct code reviews and mentor developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, R&D)
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement long-term solutions
• Drive technical innovation and adopt modern development practices
• Ensure alignment with business and product strategy

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering
• 1015 years of experience in software development
• Strong expertise in system architecture & scalable solutions
• Proven leadership / team handling experience
• Excellent skills in debugging, performance optimization & testing
• Hands-on experience with Agile, CI/CD & DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Technical Skills Required

• Go (Golang) Minimum 4+ years (Must Have)
• React.js & TypeScript
• Strong backend development experience
• Hands-on full-stack development exposure
• Experience with AWS Serverless services

Additional Requirements

• Team Lead experience OR strong leadership potential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
