Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Technology Lead ERP & POS Systems to own and drive the enterprise applications landscape for a fast-growing QSR / retail organization with a multi-location footprint. This role will have end-to-end ownership of ERP and POS platforms, ensuring seamless integration between front-of-house and back-office systems, and enabling scale, control, and data-driven decision-making.

The role partners closely with leadership across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Store Operations to ensure technology supports speed, reliability, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the ERP and POS application ecosystem across all retail locations and corporate functions
• Lead implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of ERP systems covering Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, and Reporting
• Own POS platforms including billing, order management, pricing, promotions, loyalty, and integrations with delivery aggregators and digital channels
• Drive system integrations across ERP, POS, CRM, loyalty platforms, payment gateways, and third-party applications
• Act as the primary technology partner to Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Store Leadership
• Manage vendors, system integrators, upgrades, data integrity, and application performance
• Ensure scalability and stability to support high-frequency transactions and rapid store expansion
• Define and enforce application architecture, security, controls, and compliance standards
• Drive process standardization, automation, and operational efficiency
• Lead incident management, system uptime, and business continuity for mission-critical platforms
• Manage internal technology resources and external partners.

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise applications with strong hands-on exposure to ERP and POS systems
• Prior experience in QSR, retail, food & beverage, hospitality, or multi-location consumer businesses
• Strong understanding of store operations, inventory management, supply chain, finance, and retail controls
• Experience with cloud-based ERP platforms and modern POS ecosystems
• Strong experience in system integration, APIs, and data flows
• Proven ability to work with senior business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable technology solutions
• Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams
• Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.
