Required Skills :

• B.Tech or equivalent degree in mechanical engineering with 4-7 yrs of experience.
• 1.Understand FAA certification processes for aircraft seating system.
• Review and interpret FAA regulations to ensure seat designs comply.
• 2. Conduct structural analysis to assess the criticality of commercial seat configuration for certification under emergency and in-flight condition.
• 3. Develop test plans and conduct structural dynamic, static, and HIC test, and prepare details reports to demonstrate compliance to applicable TSO and OEM airframe requirements.
• 4. Creates and compiles FAA certification documentation for submittal to OEMs, Airline customers and Regulatory agencies .
• 5. Work closely with design, manufacturing, supplier and vendors from certification perspective for compliance.
• 6. Ensures successful completion of the assigned certification program within the budgeted time, quality and cost constraints.
