The Role

"A concept-to-completion role" You own the full process from ambiguous brief to shipped, validated product. You drive HMW sessions, synthesize Affinity Maps, apply AI-First thinking at the brief stage, and challenge every assumption with JTBD before opening Figma. You lead, not execute. Drive HMW sessions don't attend them. Synthesis Affinity Maps from raw research. Apply AI-First thinking at the brief stage not after wire-frames. Challenge every assumption with JTBD before opening Figma.

Four Design Lenses Non-Negotiable

AI-FIRST AI-First Product Thinking Design for probabilistic AI outputs. Frame concordances with JTBD + Mental Models.

SPATIAL Experience-Led Spatial Design IA at environmental scale. Depth cues, gesture navigation, multi-surface continuity.

CREATIVE Creative Thinking Lateral Thinking, SCAMPER, Crazy 8s, Bio mimicry in live workshops.

HCD Human-Centered Design Contextual Inquiry, Empathy Maps, POV statements, HMW framing. Never assume.
