Lead Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC & firefighting design engineering activities for AIS/GIS substation projects.
• Manage complete MEP engineering delivery from the proposal/pre-bid stage till project execution and commissioning.
• Perform and review HVAC heat load calculations, ventilation studies, firefighting hydraulic calculations, and equipment sizing.
• Review and approve HVAC/FF system designs, technical specifications, BOQ, vendor drawings, and engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Protection, Telecom, and BIM teams for multidisciplinary engineering integration.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Lead execution teams and drive engineering productivity, design optimization, and value engineering initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in substation / power transmission EPC projects.
• Hands-on experience in HVAC or firefighting system engineering for utility infrastructure projects.
