Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Lead to drive data strategy, architecture, and delivery across the organization. This role will lead data engineering, data quality, analytics enablement, and governance initiatives while managing a team of data professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Strategy & Leadership

• Define and implement data strategy and roadmap
• Align data initiatives with business objectives
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
• Lead and mentor data engineers, analysts, and QA team

2. Data Engineering & Architecture

• Design and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
• Build and optimize:
• Data lakes
• Data warehouses
• Data marts
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and availability
• Work with cloud platforms:
• AWS
• Azure
• GCP

3. Data Governance & Quality

• Define data governance frameworks and policies
• Ensure:
• Data quality
• Data integrity
• Data security
• Implement:
• Data validation
• Data lineage
• Auditing processes
• Ensure regulatory compliance

4. Analytics & Reporting Enablement

• Enable BI/analytics teams with clean and structured data
• Support tools:
• Power BI
• Tableau
• Looker
• Promote self-service analytics

5. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirements gathering
• Provide data-driven insights for decision-making
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication

6. Innovation & AI Enablement

• Drive adoption of AI/ML and advanced analytics
• Work on use cases such as:
• Predictive analytics
• Data-driven automation
• Evaluate new tools and technologies
