About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Creator Content Strategy to own the creative quality of influencer campaigns from concept to final delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, creator content, and branded storytelling. You will work closely with influencers and internal teams to ensure every piece of content is engaging, platform-native, and aligned with brand objectives.

This is not a campaign coordination role. It is a creative role focused on improving content quality, guiding creators, reviewing scripts and videos, and ensuring every campaign meets the highest creative standards.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Briefing

  • Understand campaign objectives and brand requirements.
  • Create clear and comprehensive creator briefing documents.
  • Ensure campaign guidelines and mandatory deliverables are communicated accurately.

Script & Concept Development

  • Write scripts, talking points, and content frameworks where required.
  • Review creator concepts and scripts.
  • Recommend improvements to strengthen storytelling, product integration, and audience engagement.
  • Ensure concepts align with campaign objectives and brand expectations.

Creator Collaboration

  • Work directly with creators to improve content quality.
  • Provide constructive creative feedback throughout the content creation process.
  • Guide creators on platform best practices across Instagram, YouTube, Reels, and Shorts.
  • Ensure branded content remains authentic while meeting campaign requirements.

Content Quality Review

  • Review videos before submission to brands.
  • Evaluate storytelling, editing, pacing, product visibility, audio/video quality, and overall creative execution.
  • Coordinate revisions with creators until content meets the required standard.

Brand Compliance

  • Verify adherence to approved scripts, campaign guidelines, mandatory messaging, captions, hashtags, disclosures, tagging requirements, and platform specifications.

Campaign Support

  • Work closely with execution teams to ensure creators receive accurate guidance.
  • Monitor campaign communication and proactively identify potential quality issues before they impact delivery.


Requirements

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Brand Solutions, Social Media Content, Creative Strategy, Content Production, or Digital/Creative Agencies.
  • Hands-on experience working directly with creators and reviewing branded content is highly preferred.

Preferred Background

  • Experience reviewing and improving influencer scripts and video content.
  • Experience working with Instagram Reels, YouTube, Shorts, and creator-led campaigns.
  • Understanding of branded content, storytelling, audience engagement, and platform best practices.
  • Comfortable providing constructive feedback to creators and ensuring brand compliance without compromising creativity.

Skills

  • Strong script writing and storytelling ability.
  • Excellent understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and creator-led content.
  • Strong creative judgment and attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to creators.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced environment.
