We are seeking a visionary and experienced Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) Lead Consultant who will lead the enterprise-wide Business Process Management strategy, overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of BPM solutions using BPMN and Bizagi. You will drive innovation, ensure alignment with business goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams and departments.

Job Opening: Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) Consultant 12+ Years Experience

Location: Multiple geographies (Global Rollouts)

Experience: 12+ years in Oracle OPM

Certification: Oracle EBS OPM / SCM (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle OPM implementations and global rollouts across multiple geographies and legal entities.
• Own functional design, configuration, and deployment of all OPM modules, ensuring business process alignment.
• Act as SME during blueprinting, CRP, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Drive rollout & global deployment activities including harmonization, localization, chart of accounts/costing alignment, and data migration.
• Collaborate with Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA), SCM modules (Inventory, Purchasing, BOM, WIP), and technical teams.
• Conduct functional workshops, solution design discussions, and prepare BRDs, FDDs, configuration docs, and test scripts.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on expertise in OPM modules: Process Execution, Product Development, Quality, Inventory, Cost Management (primary).
• Strong rollout & deployment experience with cross-functional integration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead complex workstreams independently; willingness to travel for rollout/go-live support.
