Lead Consultant / Tech Analyst – Java + Angular

Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Consultant / Tech Analyst with strong expertise in Java, Angular, and modern web architectures to join our growing team. About the Role

As a Tech Analyst, you will play a critical role across the consulting lifecyclefrom problem definition to solution design and implementation. You will collaborate with stakeholders, guide development teams, and ensure delivery of robust, scalable, and future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business vision, strategy, and project roadmaps
• Gather, analyze, and refine functional & non-functional requirements
• Translate requirements into scalable solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards
• Collaborate with solution architects and cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery
• Provide high-level estimates and solution approaches
• Break down large requirements into structured, deliverable features
• Act as a single point of contact for business stakeholders
• Ensure alignment of implementation with defined architecture
• Manage dependencies across multiple initiatives
• Contribute to RFPs and proposal development
• Create clear documentation for technical and business audiences

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall experience in software development
• 5+ years in Java Microservices & REST/GraphQL APIs (Must Have)
• 5+ years in Angular development (Must Have)
• Strong experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (Must Have)
• Hands-on with CI/CD, DevOps practices
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Experience in solution design, system architecture, and documentation
• Exposure to E-commerce or Telecom domains (preferred)
• CMS knowledge is a plus

Bonus / Must-Have Edge

• Hands-on experience in AI / Agentic AI solutions
