Lead – Client & Project Integration

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Project Integration Lead to serve as a key bridge between clients, consultants, project teams, contractors, and leadership, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and project delivery.

The Project Integration Lead is responsible for ensuring that projects move efficiently from planning through execution by aligning stakeholders, facilitating decisions, managing communication, and driving accountability.

This role is not focused on producing drawings or technical design outputs.

Instead, it focuses on integrating people, information, decisions, and commitments across the project ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will combine project management capability, stakeholder management skills, High rise constructions awareness, and strong execution discipline

Coordinate with project stakeholders and ensure alignment.

Manage client communication and project reviews.

Facilitate consultant and contractor coordination.

Track project progress, risks, and action items.

Support project delivery teams and leadership.

Drive timely resolution of project challenges.

Maintain project reporting and visibility

Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in high-rise residential, mixed-use, township, or large-scale development projects.

Strong stakeholder management and project coordination experience across multiple disciplines.

Experience coordinating with Structural, MEP, Fire, Landscape, Faade, PMC, and other specialist consultants.

Experience interacting with clients, contractors, project management teams, and execution stakeholders.

Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities, drive accountability, and facilitate decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.

Experience in Architecture, PMC, Construction Management, or Project Delivery environments preferred.
