French/German Language Service Desk Analyst

Location: Lucknow (Work from Office)

Role Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused French/German Language Service Desk Analyst to join at HCLTech Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to global clients, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT Service Desk support to international clients via calls, chats, and emails.
• Handle incident management and service requests in line with defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, hardware, software, and network.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing tools.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication in French/German.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when required.
• Maintain adherence to process guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Language Requirement: Proficiency in French/German (B2 Certification mandatory)
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of incident management, ticketing tools, and SLA concepts
• Experience: Relevant experience in Service Desk/Technical Support preferred

Mandatory Criteria:

Candidates must be comfortable with the following:

1. Valid experience in French/German language with B2 certification
2. Willingness to relocate to Lucknow (Work from Office role)
3. Open to work in 24*7 US rotational shifts
4. Basic understanding of Windows environment, troubleshooting, and SLAs
