Labour Compliance Manager

iMerit is looking for an experienced Manager Labour Compliance to lead end-to-end labour law compliance across multiple locations and vendor operations.

Key requirements:

1012 years of experience in Labour Compliance, preferably in IT Services / ITES / BPM organizations

Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws including CLRA, Shops & Establishment, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, PF, ESIC, and Contract Labour compliance

Experience managing multi-location operations and third-party vendor workforce compliance

Hands-on expertise in labour audits, statutory inspections, compliance governance, and closure of observations

Exposure to labour code implementation, compliance reporting, and stakeholder management

What you'll do:

Drive labour law and statutory compliance across locations

Lead labour code implementation and compliance governance

Manage vendor and contractor compliance programs

Support audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions

Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Business teams to mitigate compliance risks
