Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore

Notice Period: Only Immediate joiner

Must Have skills: L2 Support, SQL, Unix/Linux, Shell scripting, ITIL

L2 Production Support.

Pl/SQL, Unix/Linux, shell scripting and Oracle as skillet.

ITIL Certified preferred Working knowledge of ITRS, ServiceNow.

Should be able to work in flexible and adaptable to business needs.

Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail Committed to a customer-first approach.

Experience and passion for learning; implementing best practices & sharing practices

Clear and concise written and verbal communication

Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships
