L2 Engineer Prov & Config (Network)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle escalated faults received from L1 support and field teams.
2. Perform advanced troubleshooting and conduct root cause analysis (RCA).
3. Lead major incident bridge calls and ensure effective coordination among stakeholders.
4. Ensure service restoration within defined SLA timelines.
5. Analyze alarms and correlate multi-domain faults for quicker resolution.
6. Validate fixes and ensure implementation of permanent solutions.
7. Coordinate with OEMs and external vendors for timely issue resolution.
8. Track recurring issues and drive preventive and corrective actions.
9. Maintain accurate incident logs and prepare detailed RCA reports.
10. Support change validation and perform post-implementation checks.
11. Monitor critical KPIs and analyze service impact trends.
12. Guide and mentor L1 engineers on complex troubleshooting scenarios.
13. Be flexible to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
