Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated faults received from L1 support and field teams.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and conduct root cause analysis (RCA).
- Lead major incident bridge calls and ensure effective coordination among stakeholders.
- Ensure service restoration within defined SLA timelines.
- Analyze alarms and correlate multi-domain faults for quicker resolution.
- Validate fixes and ensure implementation of permanent solutions.
- Coordinate with OEMs and external vendors for timely issue resolution.
- Track recurring issues and drive preventive and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate incident logs and prepare detailed RCA reports.
- Support change validation and perform post-implementation checks.
- Monitor critical KPIs and analyze service impact trends.
- Guide and mentor L1 engineers on complex troubleshooting scenarios.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
