Technical Support Engineer Consumer Devices & Enterprise Platform

5-Days, On-site | Bengaluru


We're hiring the first line of technical defence for our hardware and platform users someone who doesn't pass tickets along, but actually finds out what's broken.

You'll sit between customers, our app, our device, and our enterprise platform, and you'll own the full diagnostic loop: reproduce the issue, read the logs, query the API, write the Python script that confirms root cause, and hand-engineer a ticket they can act on without coming back to ask "wait, what happened?"


What you'll actually do:

  • Be the first technical responder for consumer device and enterprise (NeoCore) users
  • Diagnose across device, app, connectivity, accounts, and platform
  • Run RCA using logs, dashboards, API responses, and basic Python
  • Talk to customers directly translate their report into an engineering-actionable bug
  • Build and maintain runbooks and known-issue docs as patterns emerge


You'll fit if:

  • You've spent 13 years in technical/product support or a junior SRE-type role
  • You can write and read Python not theory, actual scripts
  • You're fast at reading logs/API responses to find root cause
  • You communicate cleanly in English, written and spoken
  • You're fine working without a complete playbook we're a startup, we're still writing ours


Bonus: automation/tooling experience, AWS/GCP exposure, Grafana/Prometheus, prior work on AI/wearable/IoT products, SQL/NoSQL or Postman fluency, Hindi or another Indian language.
