Job Requirements:
- Strong experience in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) or Kronos Dimensions.
- Expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Absence Management modules.
- Hands-on experience in Kronos configuration, troubleshooting, and custom reports.
- Knowledge of SQL queries and database management for Kronos.
- Experience integrating Kronos with ERP systems like Oracle HRMS or SAP HCM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
