Kronos Workforce Management Technical E3

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Kronos (UKG) Workforce Management Technical Consultant (E3) with 6–10 years of experience in developing, integrating, and supporting Kronos/UKG WFM solutions. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), interfaces, and configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Kronos WFM technical solutions (E3 environment)
• Build and maintain interfaces using Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
• Develop and support data integrations between Kronos and third-party systems (HR, Payroll, ERP)
• Work on XML, API, and file-based integrations
• Customize and enhance Kronos modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Attendance)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, interface failures, and data inconsistencies
• Support system upgrades, patches, and migration activities
• Collaborate with functional teams to convert business requirements into technical designs
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and production support
• Maintain technical documentation and coding standards

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Kronos/UKG Workforce Management (WFM) – Technical (E3)
  • Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
• Expertise in:
  • Interfaces (inbound & outbound integrations)
  • XML, XSLT, APIs, and file-based integrations
• Experience with:
  • SQL / PL-SQL / database queries
  • Middleware tools and integration frameworks
• Knowledge of:
  • Kronos modules (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance)
• Good understanding of:
  • HR and Payroll systems integration

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UKG Pro / UKG Dimensions
• Exposure to cloud-based WFM solutions
• Knowledge of Java or scripting languages
• Experience in E3 architecture and deployments
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
