Job Description
Role Summary
A Kondor Consultant or SME is responsible for implementation, configuration, integration, and support of the Kondor+ treasury platform, bridging business and technology teams to deliver end-to-end trade lifecycle, risk, and accounting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Functional: Understand treasury processes, configure products, perform requirement gathering and support P&L, accruals, and risk calculations.
2. Technical: Develop integrations, kustom reports, and manage data flows using SQL, APIs, and scripting.
3. Implementation: Support full lifecycle from analysis to deployment, including testing and
data migration.
4. Production Support: Provide L2/L3 support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and
performance tuning.
5. Stakeholder Management: Act as liaison between business and IT, support governance
and agile delivery.
Skills Required
Functional Skills: Treasury products, trade lifecycle, risk and accounting knowledge. Technical Skills: Kondor+, SQL/PLSQL, Shell scripting, Java (optional), APIs, tools like JIRA
and ServiceNow.
Soft Skills: Communication, problem solving, stakeholder management.
