Job Description
- Design and build RapidResponse workbooks, dashboards, and models
- Customize solutions using low-code / configuration tools
- Translate business requirements into technical designs
- Participate in end-to-end implementations (requirements deployment)
- Integrate with ERP systems like SAP (e.g., S/4HANA)
- Ensure data flows correctly between systems
- Perform system and component testing
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing solutions
- Provide ongoing support (incident handling, enhancements)
- Work with business users to improve planning processes
- Provide consulting on system improvements and efficiency
- Train end users and support adoption
- Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse
- Data modeling, workbook authoring, and configuration
- Integration knowledge (ERP systems, APIs, data pipelines)
- Testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Supply chain planning knowledge:
- Demand planning
- Supply planning
- Inventory optimization
- S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
- Analytical problem-solving
- Communication with cross-functional/global teams
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
