This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will actively manage and grow relationships with key clients by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing account planning, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to meet account objectives and revenue targets.
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating client needs and performance metrics
- Expertise in Business Planning to develop and execute comprehensive account strategies
- Exceptional Customer Service capabilities to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Experience in the premium accessories or retail industry is a plus
