This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Web Developer located in Bengaluru. The Junior Web Developer will support the design, development, and maintenance of websites by working on both front-end and back-end development. Daily tasks include collaborating with team members to implement user-friendly UI/UX designs, coding functional and dynamic website features, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. The developer will have opportunities to grow technical skills while contributing to team projects in a collaborative environment.

• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Experience with Back-End Web Development, such as server-side programming and database integration, to build robust, functional applications.
• Knowledge of Web Development principles and industry best practices for coding, debugging, and deployment.
• Basic skills in Programming and Web Design, with a commitment to clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git is an added advantage.
