Job Description
- Daily real-time tracking of marketing & event stock
- Maintain warehouse stock register
- Manage POP materials inventory
- Manage event marketing materials inventory
- Issue materials for events / branding / sampling
- Track stock movement to depo, distributor, and sales team
- Maintain monthly marketing stock report
- Coordinate dispatch of marketing materials
- SO number coordination for FOC stock
- Coordinate with plant for event setup/material
- Maintain visi cooler records
- Maintain ice box / cooler deposit records
- Maintain visi cooler outlet agreements
- Maintain outlet owner documents
- Coordinate pickup of low-performing visi coolers with Sales
- Track returns of event materials
