Were hiring a Junior Visual Designer to work at the intersection of strategy and executiontranslating ideas into clear, compelling visual outcomes.

What youll do:

Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual systems (typography, layout, grids, identity elements)

Design high-impact pitch decks, proposals, and portfolios

Create and manage content across digital platforms for organic growth

Contribute to campaigns that strengthen brand recall and engagement

Develop visual and video assets for presentations and brand storytelling

What were looking for:

Strong visual sensibility with an eye for functional, conversion-driven design

_ Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales practices to boost conversion

Ability to think in systems, not just isolated graphics

Good understanding of layout, typography, and data visualization

Proficiency in Adobe Suite + video editing tools + content curation

Clear communication and ability to articulate design decisions
