Immediate Joiners PreferredRoles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain system performance and IT infrastructure.
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and server-related issues.
• Support system configuration, upgrades, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Help manage backup procedures and ensure data security.
• Work with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Assist in maintaining network security and resolving connectivity issues.
• Support virtualization and cloud-based environments.
• Handle basic user support requests and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve infrastructure efficiency.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of system administration concepts.
• Knowledge of servers and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of networking concepts and security basics.
• Awareness of virtualization technologies or cloud platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.
